Every ticket ordered on Mido Lotto is fulfilled at an officially licensed retailer in the state, and the integrity of the ticket fulfillment process is absolutely paramount to us and our customers.
We're looking for someone to help process our daily Lottery orders with precision and accuracy on a part time / flexible basis for about 4 hours per week on Fridays & Saturdays.
This is a great role for someone looking for extra hours in the evening.
Here's what you'll be doing Processing daily Lottery orders from our customers with the utmost accuracy Performing order reconciliation and filing Monitoring key hardware, including computers, scanners, & Lottery Terminals Collaborating with internal teams on customer questions and issue resolution related to orders Become a subject matter expert on fulfillment for your location with an eye on identifying opportunities to continuously optimize our operations You'll need these
Qualifications:
Minimum of 18 years old Availability to work evenings and weekends (Friday & Saturday) Process oriented with high attention to detail Experience with both hardware and software technology Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive attitude, taking the initiative to act when needed and continuously striving for improvement It would be nice if you Have a specific understanding the Lottery space and the regulations, processes and technology involved in Lottery ticket purchasing Prior retail sales and/or operations experience Have familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Docs & Sheets).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
