Volofit is a novel, class-based fitness studio.
The group classes are focused on transformation to help you become a better version of yourself, every day.
Each session is a HIIT, functional fitness-focused program, lasting 50 minutes, with a capacity of up to 36 people and is designed to allow anyone, regardless of their current abilities, to enjoy.
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Studio Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help oversee the daily sales operations.
This individual will be responsible for front-of-house operations, including running the sales process, recruiting an amazing team, training and managing sales staff, retail sales, and customer management/membership sales.
We are looking for engaging, outgoing and inspiring individuals who possess a strong fitness background and excel at bringing customers together in a team-focused environment.
Schedule Requirements:
The Studio AGM is a full-time hourly position that should ensure the front desk is always staffed from 5am to 8pm.
Outside of front desk staffing the position is open to some remote work for planning and calling activities.
Technology is used to keep managers in contact with the studio during work hours.
Candidates must be able to work two weekends per month at a minimum and must be flexible and willing to work occasional workshops.
Compensation:
$21 - $26.
50 hourly

Prioritization of Membership SalesEnsure all leads are called and texted within 5 minutesEnsure the contact cadence is followed at all timesReport directly to the Studio General Manager on all elements of the front-of-house operationsDevelop a deep understanding of Volofit core values and selling pointsCreate and execute local marketing plans for generating leads and membership salesEnsure location is run in accordance with all Corporate standardsMaintain a clean, functional, and safe studio environmentRecruit, hire, and train studio staffAttend present on your portion of regular team meetingsCreate an exceptional community-focused culture
Qualifications:

years of sales experience (fitness preferred)1
