Ability and willingness to follow instructions Strong attention to detail Basic understanding of accounting and financial statements Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office Discretion with client information Job responsibilities include the following:
Prepare various schedules in Excel Prepare reconciliations for bank accounts, credit card accounts, general ledger and other accounts Interact with clients in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate and up to date information for clients Accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintenance of electronic files Job Type:
