Our office is known for making our patients feel like they are not at a doctor's office but at Disneyland or guests at a 5-star hotel.

Are you an experienced and knowledgeable Optometry/Ophthalmology receptionist? If so, we want to talk to you! Eye Care experience is not required; however, experience as a receptionist is highly recommended.
This position will require managing the front desk and answering calls and emails.
We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable multi-tasking and managing a variety of tasks.
The successful candidate will be capable of working in an ever-changing environment and have experience using multiple computer programs while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk experience preferred Good computer skills Able to type at least 30 wpm Detail-oriented, multitasker Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills Upbeat, team player, with excellent communications skills Love working with the people Friendly phone voice Excellent people skills Answer incoming calls and/or direct calls.
Screen visitors and patients as appropriate.
Verify identification.
Answer questions about the services provided by the clinic.
Make appointments.
Be able to communicate in a friendly and helpful manner with potential patients and visitors.
